All payments must be received no later than the last working day of each month. Late payments will result in a stop to your account until payment is received and your account is up to date, no exceptions to the rule. Settlement discounts will not be permitted on late payment and will remain on your account until paid in full. Cash sales will also not be permitted should your account be in arrears

To avoid confusion the following will also be treated as late payment Payments must reflect in our account no later than final working day of the month. Reference is your account number.

Warranty Terms

All De Graaf silencers (Bolt-on Systems and Universais) are guaranteed as follows:

  • One year mild steel from date of original fitment. (standard products only)
  • Five years on stainless steel from date of original fitment. 

Replacement/Repair (at DeGraaf's discretion) of product under guarantee, the guarantee remains valid from the date of original purchase of product.

Warranty Conditions 

  • All parts are guaranteed against faulty material and faulty manufacture.
  • Universal silencers fitted, must be similar to the original silencer in respect of length, volume and configuration.
  • Universal silencers will only be guaranteed if support gussets have been fitted to both ends of the silencer.
  • No claim will be accepted if any alteration or modification to the part has been effected that results in the failure.
  • Under no circumstances will De Graaf be liable for any loss or consequential damage due to fitment of any De Graaf product or faulty fitment.
  • All defective parts must be retained by the purchaser for inspection by De Graaf representatives and must be affixed with the following documentation.
  • De Graaf liability is limited to the free replacement of the defective part and under no circumstances will De Graaf be liable for losses or any other charges whatsoever.
  • A photostat copy of the original sales invoice 
  • A photostat copy of the no charge replacement invoice with customers details
  • De Graaf Specials division manufacture as per clients requirements. Once an official order has been received from the client with the relevant written instruction or sample, De Graaf Special division will commence manufacture as per agreed specification, price and delivery, Because Specials Division is a manual manufacturing operation and manufacture to your specification, goods may not be returned or credited. The client is responsible that the product is fit for purpose and properly installed.
  • Stock rotation on request

This company complies with the Promotion of Access to Information Act (PAIA) and the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
